MODEL C+ Arson and Gas Leak Investigation

Model C is a non-calibrated detector that is used
where it is desirable to detect trace amounts of
hydrocarbons.

Model C+ is a calibrated detector used when it is
desirable to know if the gas is explosive and will
only annunciate if a gas has exceeded a preset
level, 20% of the lower explosive limit (LEL).

Both Models can easily detect fuel oil concentrations
of less than 200 ppm or gas leaks of less than one
cubic foot per year.

Simple Operation when exposed to gas,
hydrocarbon or accelerant, the units will start a
beeping tone synchronized with a flashing visual
indicators. The beep rate indicates the amount
of gas, hydrocarbon or accelerant present.
A mute switch is provided to silence the audio
for discreet investigation.

Models C and C+ are equipped with an electronic purge
switch that permits rapid recovery to the sensor
when it is exposed to large gas concentrations.
