Return Policy

Customer must contact Grace Industries via telephone, fax, or e-mail for authorization to return goods for credit, replacement or repair.  A return authorization number will be issued to customer.

Returned for Credit

1. Valid reason for return is required.
2. Return must be approved by Controller or Manager.
3. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Products must be new, unused, and returned within 20 days of purchase.
5. Custom or Specialized product may not be returned, this includes customized timing options.
6. Special engineering costs or services are not refundable.
7. Products not manufactured by Grace Industries, Inc are non-returnable.
8. Upon receipt, inspections and acceptance of product for  return for credit, the credit shall be posted within 10 business days.

Returned For Replacement Or Repair - Under Warranty
1. Grace manufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  This warranty does not cover products that are not manufactured by Grace Industries.
2. Valid reason for return for replacement or repair under warranty is required.
3. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to Grace and from Grace back to the customer.
4. Any product considered to be damaged because of accident; misuse or abuse will not be repaired or replaced under warranty.
5. Warranty is void if any attempt to repair or replace parts was made or attempted by anyone other than qualified Grace Industries Inc. personnel.
6. Warranty is void if any of the product’s sealed compartments are opened or tampered with.

Returned For Repair - Not Under Warranty
1. Grace reserves the right to refuse repair of any product for any reason.
2. Customer responsible for shipping cost to Grace.
3. Grace will repair product up to 5 years from date of manufacture.
4. A repair estimate will be prepared and faxed, e-mailed, or verbally transmitted to customer.
5. Repair authorization and associated cost (including return shipping) must be approved by customer before repair process begins.

 

Please reference RMA# in shipping documents and on packaging for tracking purposes.
Please provide complete contact information for Repair Coordinator and Controller.
Send all products, prepaid and accompanied by proof of purchase to:

After Grace Industries, Inc receives returned product and logs into Repair System data base

Returned for Credit
Upon receipt of product returned for credit, product will be inspected for acceptance.  Once accepted credit shall be posted within 10 business days.

 

Returned for Replacement or Repair - Under Warranty
Warranted product is inspected, repaired and returned to customer in a reasonable time
frame unless misuse is suspected.

Returned for Repair - Not Under Warranty
1. Returned product is forwarded to appropriated repair technician.
2. Repair Estimate for non-warranted product provided to Repair Coordinator.
3.
Repair Coordinator provides Repair Estimate to customer, which includes expected return
shipping cost.
4.
Customer Accepts or Rejects Repair Estimate
5.
Repair of returned product begins after acceptance of Repair Estimate. For Rejected Repair Estimates, product is returned to the customer upon request. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Rejected Repair Estimates where product is not to be returned to the customer the product is disposed of properly.
6.
Repaired product is invoiced and shipped to the customer.
7.
Return Authorization Log updated with return shipping information.
